Lightlifeusa Return and Refund Policy
At Lightlife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we've outlined our return and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on all Lightlifeusa products purchased through our website (www.lightlifeusa.com) within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at davidson198603@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your Order ID, a brief description of the reason for your return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Return Authorization: Once we’ve received your request, we’ll review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Pack Your Return: Pack the product securely in the original packaging (if possible) to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.

Ship the Product Back: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in original, unused condition. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will typically be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition, but accidents can happen. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please take the following steps:

Return Shipping Costs: If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Customized Products
Customized or personalized items, such as lamps with specific engravings or alterations, are non-returnable unless they are defective or do not match the approved proof provided during the purchase process. 6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

7. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for items. If you'd like a different product or variation, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
